Reefaroni & The War’s a Commin Blog
Reefaroni.com is a domain I originally registered during my high school years which was used as a creative outlet by myself and a couple of other people. We made videos and wrote a whole lot of crap about random stuff. I believe you can catch a glimpse of what the site used to be like at Archive.org.
The site is really not much like the old reefaroni, but I have my main partner in crime, Eddy, on the writing staff again just like old times. Other people may also contribute from time to time. There’s really no particular format at work here, and I’d like to keep it that way.
The War’s a Commin’, as my brother Dan astutely pointed out, is an “homage to the cultural watershed that is Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.” Its one of the various phrases blurted out by the deranged Ammunation employee while you’re walking out of the store after stocking up on weapons and/or body armor. The phrase, “The war’s a commin” is an almost iconic reminder of the more absurd, twisted, and often macabre elements of the collective unconscious.
